RETURNS POLICY:
All items are purchased and decorated as orders are placed. Refunds & Exchanges are allowed on a limited basis. Refunds or Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order being placed.
To ensure you are getting the correct size clothing, please check size charts carefully before placing your order. If you need to return an item or items please email your request to onlinesales@emblemax.com. Please include your ORDER # in the subject line of your email.
You will be issued an RA# when your return request has been authorized. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS RA# IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE so we may quickly process your request.
Please note, if the product has been used, worn or washed, it cannot be returned. Hats cannot be returned, so please check size charts carefully before ordering.
